Aftercare

Aftercare is something that we offer to clients following completion of their treatment. it's a chance to settle back into community living, engage with the community and attend voluntary or paid work. This is a great stepping stone for clients before they return home. clients in aftercare are able to visit the main house  and attend group therapy, one of which is specifically designed for clients living in the community.
