Adjusting with the times is a key part of what we do here. This includes making sure we celebrate what a good job we do and show the regulatory body what we are about. Whether it's some positive feedback from a client, a care manager or a relative - celebrating good care and learning when we get things wrong, means we can grow as an organisation and in turn, so can out clients!
