Working Together

Had our monthly team meeting today, welcomed and supported a new member of the team. Looked at what we do here and how much we support our clients but also each other. We work on the basis of empowerment, autonomy, taking responsibility  and asking for help when needed. We support our clients but we also support and take care of each other.
