A Typical Day

A Typical Day at Somewhere House? A full programme of group thjjerapy, one to one therapy and recovery studies. Alongside this, there is also an opportunity for clients to have downtime, recognising that a healthy therapeutic programme provides the tools for clients to seek a balance between what is needed to stay well, and what is needed to ensure enough rest is being taken. Much like a normal working week, weekdays are busy, weekends less so. There is a time to be serious and also a time to have some fun. That 'middle ground' is often hard to find or maintain but the structured day here, helps clients find their happy medium.
