Rainy Tuesday

Much needed rain is falling in Somerset today.

So, no group therapy incorporating the beach today, instead we've done some hard hitting work around the financial costs of addiction, to self and others.

Taking responsibility in recovery is a vital tool, being able to accept the past, find a healthy process and move on. This is where group and one to one therapy at Somewhere House really can reap benefits to someone in early recovery.

A therapeutic community is there to offer a supportive and caring environment to individuals. Appropriate challenging is also healthy in learning and growing in recovery.

It's also important to learn to laugh again and there's plenty of that too!
