Sunshine by the Sea

Today we have enjoyed a leisurely stroll by the sea for some exercise and clients will utilise the light evenings watching the sunset and enjoying staying in moment.

Group has been carried out and this have been an emotional process today however the group have continued to work hard on their recovery.

Another day and continuing to be clean and sober a very humble thought.
