Transactional Analysis Group Therapy

A day of transactional analysis (TA) in group today focusing on where our responses come from. Our ego states determine how we express ourselves as individuals, interact with others, and form relationships. This is one of the many life skills groups we do here at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. A knowledge of ego states can bring huge learning and growth to someone in early recovery and is a great self-management tool.
