Family Therapy

Family Therapy is included in treatment packages at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre.  There is always a consequence of addiction for the wider family and loved ones. Family therapy is a safe, supported space designed to heal, set goals and also for the person with a history of addiction to understand the impact their behaviour has had and also for the family to be able to support going forward. Smart measurable goals are a way to achieve this and working as a team equals healthy change. Family therapy is part of the recovery process, alongside group therapy, one to one counselling and recovery studies work.
