End of month team meeting

End of month team meeting happens on the last Friday of each month.  This is an opportunity for the whole team to meet and discuss how the month has gone, plans for the future and a review of the staff which is done by clients, such is person centred treatment at it's finest. Counsellors also have group supervision today, where they can discuss their case loads and client practices, again looking from a holistic approach to treatment.
