The clients at Somewhere House have had an emotional and thought provoking morning group looking at Toxic and Healthy shame, The clients have looked at the shame they may be carrying and how this impacts on their addiction and consequence of this. This afternoon for group they are making most of the sun and enjoying sometime outside doing a Walk/Talk Recovery.
