Preparing to Leave

One of our clients this morning has been supported in preperation for completion of treatment and returning home to supported accomodation on Thursday. Relapse prevention has been completed, last pieces of recoevery studies have been shared with a counsellor, last 1-1 taken place and final groups this week will be utilised for any outstanding work the client wishes feedback from his group of peers. Completiton ceremony and completion paperwork will be finished before the client leaves finalising a process with time time for reflections and reviews for the client.
