What's it like working here?

What's it like working here? Well, some of the words that have been used include: exhilarating, busy, a privilege. Working in substance misuse is not for everyone though. Often times the working environment can be challenging but seeing some of the most vulnerable people come in and ask for help during their treatment, pick themselves up through our programme of group and one to one therapy and then begin to change, is amongst the most rewarding experiences possible. The opportunity to help others and give back, is priceless.
