Staff Training Today and this is a time to reflect, spend time together as a whole team and look at how we can improve our practice and service. Just the same as we expect clients to look at themselves and make changes, so we as staff do the same. More knowledge and learning means we are able to provide the highest levels of care and support to our clients, as well as ensure we are developing ourselves and looking after one another.
