Staff training and development today at Somewhere House. This is for our addictions workers - a chance to reflect, share best practice and ideas. It's also nice for the addictions worker team to spend time together, plot, plan and look at ways of improving the already outstanding care that is provided. The programme of group and one to one therapy is successful because we keep things fresh and training like that which is taking place today
