My first month at Somewhere House

Having finished my first month of being employed at SWH. I have felt a range of different emotions, from the overwhelming feeling off pride and sense of achievement for getting through the interview process and lengthly probing questionnaire (which I may add was well thought out and a great addition to the interview process.) My first month has been challenging and has definitely got me out of my comfort zone. Staff have been supportive, patient and have made me. I feel like part of the team and throughly enjoying working SWH.
