Home Leave

Here at Somewhere House, we fully support our clients to experience home leaves, usually half way through their treatment, so they can see and feel how it is to be back at home clean and sober then come back to reflect and plan their next steps on their journey. Sadly, some people do not have homes to go back to, so we provide move on properties in the community that they can do their own home leaves to and see how life is like in the community with fresh eyes and with support around them. Transitioning and leaving treatment can be the most vulnerable time for people and we do our best to prepare them beforehand and then support them during the process and afterwards.
