Relapse prevention work
Relapse prevention work is just one of the ways we get clients to look at their behaviours from the past and identify what they need to change to promote a strong recovery. Alongside this, toolboxes are often talked about at Somewhere House and clients fill these along the way during treatment with items and messages, that have significance to them. Open up your toolbox regularly gives us a timely reminder of what poor choices can lead to and why effective relapse prevention is best served when taking things just one day at a time.
