Transition and Move On

Here at Somewhere House we prepare our clients for a smooth transition back into their community by welcoming them into ours here in Somerset. Before completing treatment and returning home, they have the opportunity to reside in one of our aftercare/move on houses to acclimatise to life outside of an intensive therapeutic environment. If a client then deicdes they need more time or are considering relocation they can stay in the property for as long as it takes for them to make their decision. This is all 24 hour supported with clients still attending their daily programme here at the main house. Aftercare is a crucial stage of recovery and we have invested heavily into ensuring our clients have the best possible start for their new lives.
