Christmas Messages

So the countdown has begun to Christmas and we have had our first Christmas themed group today!

Clients have made baubles from clay and painted a message on them. They are all brilliant. What would your message from the past, the present and the future be?

There's something very powerful about this time of year, some regret, some hope and much reflection.

Reflecting is a key part of the treatment programme at Somewhere House Addiction Treatment Centre. Recognising what we have achieved rather than what we haven't is important.

There will be more posts to follow for sure but in the meantime, we wish you and your families a Very Happy Christmas.
