Team Meeting Training

Today the whole staff team have converged on Somewhere House for a training day, held by senior management.

Training is a vital part of continuous personal development for the staff as overarchingly it helps us to  improve our service. As I'm sure you can imagine, we are a very busy addiction treatment centre so alongside the value of the training provided to improve our service to our clients, it's also a great chance for us to get together and catch up. Team building is also a key way to improve the strength of the team, how we do what we do and why we do what we do.
