Christmas Groups begin today. With a theme of reflection, affirmation, positivity and hope. The essence of group therapy is the same but with a Christmas theme. This is to support those who may struggle with this time of year, to look at things perhaps a different way and for others, a great way to reflect and enjoy the moment.
