Reviewing Staff is something we do weekly and also monthly, ahead of our team meeting. Allowing clients the opportunity to give constructive feedback about staff performance, means like our clients all look at learn and change, so do we. Creating equality in the treatment centre is key to building healthy relationships and whether staff member or client, there is always something that can be changed and ultimately, improved.
